TERMS OF SERVICE
It is forbidden to sell alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. We do not deliver alcoholic beverages to minors.
For deliveries in Switzerland, the goods are delivered free at your address from a value of CHF 99.00 
8.1% VAT included for the spirits.
Contract between us and the buyer is considered valid as soon as the buyer pays the placed order.
This contract between us and the buyer has to be considered closed as soon as the requested products are delivered at the buyer address.
The buyer will recieve informations about the sate of art of its orders per email from info@amuerte.ch

JURISDICTION
LOCARNO COUNTRY - WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IF THE CIRCUMSTANCES REQUIRE.
