REFUND POLICY - TERMS OF SERVICE
It is forbidden to sell alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. We do not deliver alcoholic beverages to minors.

For deliveries in Switzerland, 8.1% VAT included for the spirits.
Contract between us and the buyer is considered valid as soon as the buyer pays the placed order.
This contract between us and the buyer has to be considered closed as soon as the requested products are delivered at the buyer address.
The buyer will recieve informations about the sate of art of its orders per email from info@amuerte.ch.

SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
All orders will be delivered in maximum 3 / 4 days. Proces for shipping are like following:
Shipping of a 00.0 kg - 17.0 kg package -> SFr. 10.00
Shipping of a 17.0 kg - 36.0 kg package -> SFr. 22.00

Free shipping for orders over CHF 99.- 
WE WILL ONLY SHIP IN SWITZERLAND!

COMPLAINTS AND REFUND
All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Return: 14 days from receipt of goods.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Bottles contested for defect, will be analyzed for each individual case or problem identified.

SEND BACK DEFECT OR WRONG PRODUCTS
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Monkai Switzerland, c/o DELEA ANGELO SA, Via Zandone 11, 6616 Losone 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over CHF 100.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
